Adult Education
Adult education classes are traditionally held at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays. These are led by parishioners or the priest and generally focus on a specific topic of interest. In addition, St. John’s offers an annual adult Lenten Series of classes/workshops. In the past, members have hosted Alpha workshops and Renovare groups. Adult confirmation classes are held annually. Please call the church office or check the church calendar for up-to-date information.
Adult Bible Study
This is the Adult Bible Forum at St. John's. We are beginning our journey with a study of 1 & 2 Peter. This is a Google Group, and invitation to the group is contained in the link below. You may participate as much or as little as you wish. The book we are using as a guide is 1&2 Peter, Courage in Times of Trouble, by John MacArthur, published by Thomas Nelson, ISBN: 978-1-4185-0890-6. To join the group, click on the following link:

Youth Sunday School
For Whom: We offer classes for children from preschool through high school.
- The “Children's” class- preschool through fifth grade
- The “Youth” class- Junior High / Senior High
When: All classes meet weekly at 9:00 a.m. before the 10:00 a.m. worship service.
Sunday school classes do not meet during June, July or August. Summer activities for the younger children are often held in the undercroft or churchyard.
Where: All classes meet on the second floor of the Episcopal House, a gray building adjacent to the church.
Youth Outreach
The youth have collected items for the local food bank, Veteran’s Home, Humane Society, and Samaritan’s Purse shoeboxes. The older youth also serve at parish dinners, and have hosted spaghetti dinners.
Christmas Pageant
A Christmas pageant is presented annually by the Sunday school classes on the Sunday preceding Christmas.
